Victor Ostapenko

Viktor Ostapenko was born in Dushanbe, former USSR.
From an early age, Viktor passionately drew to drawing, carefully observing the world around him.

He received a professional art education at the Art Academy in Kharkov.

For many decades, Viktor Ostapenko has devoted his life to the visual arts. He works in various genres of painting, but the main directions of his work have become landscape and abstractionism. His works have been exhibited repeatedly at art exhibitions. His pieces are held in private collections in different countries around the world.

The artist is constantly in creative search of new plastic and color solutions, combining the expressiveness of form, the power of color, and the depth of artistic image. Many of his paintings are distinguished by philosophical depth, symbolism, and the artist’s original interpretation of contemporary historical and social processes.
