The main theme of his watercolor paintings are the landscapes and cityscape ensembles of his native city of Odessa, Ukraine; as well as there is a number of book illustration, created by Igor.
As a hereditary architect , professor of architecture, graduate of Ukrainian Academy of Architecture, Igor Bezchastnov is an author of many architectural ensembles, sculptural compositions and residential buildings in Odessa, and other cities.
His project “Holocaust Memorial “ in Southern Ukraine, won on the competition. On this competition multitude of participating project were performed by leading architectural workgroups.
